Voluntary 30-day free returns — launch promotion
The voluntary 30-day return right is additional to your statutory rights and does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your legal guarantee rights.
For consumer orders for physical goods delivered to Austria or Germany and placed while the promotion is active from 1 October 2026. Business orders are excluded unless individually agreed otherwise. The promise recorded with your order remains valid if the promotion ends later.
Declare your return within 30 days of receiving the goods and send them back within 14 days of your declaration. Use the online return function or contact ROCOON by email or post. No reason is required.
Days 1–14: the statutory withdrawal rules apply without restriction. The additional conditions below must not be applied to statutory withdrawal, including where a statutory withdrawal period lasts longer.
Days 15–30: ROCOON handles the return under this voluntary right. For this voluntary right after the statutory withdrawal period, goods must be complete, functional and free from damage or substantial signs of use beyond normal inspection. Please include the original packaging and accessories where possible. Original packaging is not a requirement for statutory withdrawal.
ROCOON provides a prepaid standard return label (Post parcel label), sent separately by our team. Standard return shipping is free, including statutory withdrawal for qualifying promotional orders.
We refund the purchase price of the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Additional costs for expressly selected express, special or premium delivery are not refunded.
